Walk to your markers
The feed is other people's lives. Endless, filtered, and second-hand. Getting up and walking out the door is a small rebellion. As a daily act it makes life richer, more textured. You start noticing what's around you.
Finoot drops the markers, you bring the rest. A camera, a dog, a run, or nothing at all. What you're really carving out is a little time, where the day lets go and you're fully present.
